Community Overview

The Mama & Me Collective is a motherhood community focused on creating curated experiences, wellness-centered gatherings, local connection, and meaningful support for moms and their little ones.

We strive to maintain a warm, respectful, and inclusive environment for all members and attendees.

Event Participation

By registering for or attending an event hosted by The Mama & Me Collective, you acknowledge and agree that participation is voluntary.

Parents and caregivers are fully responsible for supervising their children at all times during events, playdates, and community gatherings.

The Mama & Me Collective is not responsible for:

  • injuries

  • lost or stolen items

  • accidents

  • allergic reactions

  • incidents occurring during participation in community activities or third-party hosted venues

Attendees are expected to participate respectfully and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all families.

Ticket & Refund Policy

Due to the planning and coordination involved in our curated events, all ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.

If you are unable to attend:

  • tickets may be transferable to another guest with prior notice

  • event credits may be offered at the discretion of The Mama & Me Collective

  • refunds are not guaranteed

In the event of weather-related changes, venue adjustments, or unforeseen circumstances, attendees will be notified as soon as possible regarding rescheduling or updated event details.

Photography & Media Release

By attending our events, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be captured for community, marketing, website, and social media purposes.

These images may be used by The Mama & Me Collective across digital platforms, promotional materials, and future event marketing.

If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please notify us prior to or during the event and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Community Conduct

We are committed to fostering a supportive and respectful motherhood community.

Harassment, discrimination, bullying, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate conduct toward attendees, vendors, collaborators, or team members will not be tolerated and may result in removal from events or community spaces.

Privacy Policy

When you submit forms through our website, register for events, or join community groups, we may collect information such as:

  • name

  • email address

  • city/location

  • child age ranges

  • social media handles

  • event preferences

This information is used solely to:

  • organize events and local groups

  • communicate updates

Local Mama Groups

Placement into groups may be based on:
